Special Weekly Programs

 Note: There is no additional cost for any of the programs listed below.
They are all part of the wonderful curriculum at The Little Village Schoolhouse.

1. Sign language lessons for everyone taught through songs and games.  Children will learn their alphabet, numbers, farm animals, pets, family members, colors, greetings, and more.

2. Music time with Ms. Ann Marie involving guitar, piano, harmonica, recorder songs and games.

3. Kindergarten and preschool level  piano lessons introducing note recognition and pitch levels.

4. Learning to speak German with Ms. Julia. One of Ms. Julia's majors in college was German and she was also born in Germany. The children are taught colors, simple phrases and age appropriate songs weekly in German through fun and laughter.

5. Weekly preschool & kindergarten dance instruction taught by Ms. Nicole. Ms. Nicole is a former member of the Rhode Island Ballet and previously owned her own dance studio in Connecticut. Fun stretching and warm-up exercises are followed by age appropriate lessons that all the boys and girls participate in and enjoy immensely.
